How do I book your service for an event?
Get in touch via our contact form with the details and we'll get back to you regarding availability and answers to any questions you may have, once you are happy with the service we will go ahead with booking/invoicing via email
What is your COVID cancellation policy?
100% refund for governments mandates or if the bride/host/celebrator gets COVID. If you want cancel due to any other reason (including change of mind) then at least 2 weeks notice needs to be given and 80% will be credited back to you, anything within the 2 week frame will incur a 50% charge and the remaining 50% will be credited back to you. NOTE: This does not include weddings, please get in touch for more information regarding wedding cancellations

How long is the hire period for long table gatherings?
In a public space/venue the hire period is up to 6 hours, in a residential space it's 24 hours

When do you collect everything?
In a public space/venue, we collect everything at the time of your choosing within the 6 hour hire period or at the end of this period. In a residential space, we collect everything the next day
​
What happens if an item is damaged or lost?
A fee will be charged for any damage, breakage, spillage or stains
​
What condition should the items be in?
For grazing, all tables need to cleared of food. Leftover food can be taken. Plates and cutlery need to cleared of food and rinsed. For long tables, cleaning and pack down is included
​
What is your wet weather policy for outdoor events?
A final weather confirmation is conducted the day prior to your booking. In the event of severe weather we offer a number of wet weather alternatives such as sheltered locations or creating a setup in your accommodation. We can also reschedule your event free of charge if it is due to unforeseen weather changes

Where is your grazing food sourced?
A delicious and balanced mix of local, seasonal produce paired with European antipasto. We work with several local suppliers and small business owners to bring you an authentic and well considered palette. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten and dairy free options are available

Do you take care of everything?
We will take care of all your styling needs, We will plan and execute it all with our creative direction and your vision in mind. Our services include concept planning, set up, install,
styling and collection.

Do you have all the equipment?
We have a vast collection of pieces that we utilise but we also source and work with our preferred suppliers so that we may provide a seamless solution for you with all necessary items required for your event

Can I choose the location/place?
Of course, we love to set up in the places you envision your event to be but we can also offer suggestions on beautiful spots based on your preferred location. We get there early to secure the best area
Do you do weddings?
Definitely, if you would like your wedding ceremony or reception styled or catered with grazing we would love to help

What time do you bump in?
For grazing, up to to 2 hours prior to the event. For long table, up to 5 hours prior - this also depends on the size of the gathering as we sometimes bump in the day prior for furniture.

What is the setting like?
You are welcome to let us know what you are wanting as we love to be collaborative but we also believe in being true artisans and creatives in our field. We love to create a relaxed yet beautiful and natural setting with various cultural influences. You will find we often love to incorporate Amalfi, Iberian, Mediterranean & Parisian vibes but also love to draw on various different cultures to create a rich experience. Fresh flowers, scenic locations, beautiful styling and high quality scrumptious produce all blend in to create the perfect setting for you and your family/friends

What is your delivery fee?
